I meet Suranjan in Kathmandu in March 2018. It was so great to hangout with him, exploring hidden parts if KTM and around, having fun with his friends and family, and hiking in the mountains. Keep going Suranjan, your are doing great!

The hiking was fantastic. Most folks will find it simple. There were a few difficult altitude rises, but keeping a slower pace than usual helped. I had to find out how to layer because it was warm most days while hiking and very cold when we stopped. The food at the Tea Houses was quite repetitious (rice, noodles, and bread), which made it more challenging for someone like me who generally eats meat and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Because I caught a cold and had to rely on better prepared people, I should have brought more medication.

This trip to Everest Base Camp with my son was, without a doubt, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The scenery, people, culture, and animals are all from another planet. We were incredibly fortunate with the weather, bright sunshine and clear skies every day, but the higher you went, the colder it became.

Thank you so much for making our trip so beautifully coordinated. We had a fantastic time. It's hard to realize it's already over. Thank you for everything! The weather was fantastic, and the hotels were excellent.
