Also, Hindus and Buddhists would worship at the Buddhist temple.

Yoga trekking packages are available if you wish to incorporate yoga into your practice, and Tripura Travelcations, for example, offers a 13-day Yoga Trek. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, airport representatives from “Magic Expedition” will greet you and transport you to your Kathmandu accommodation. We finish the office formalities in the evening, and your lodging will be in a standard hotel in Kathmandu on a breakfast basis.

Day 02:Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2652m)

After Breakfast, we will drive to the Airport to catch our planned morning flight to Lukla. On the other hand, Lukla serves as the starting point for the Everest Base Camp Trek.  We will arrive at Lukla Airport after a thrilling 30-minute scenic flight above the stunning green and the white Himalayas. Later on, after getting our backpacks from the plane, we will meet with our porters and other crew members. Therefore we will begin our Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek.

We will arrive in Phakding after a few hours of walking. We only have a short hike today to help with acclimatization. You can, however, take a side journey to a nearby monastery if you are interested. We spend the night at a nearby guesthouse.

Day 03:Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

After Breakfast, we will travel through a magnificent pine forest along the Dudhi Koshi River’s bank, passing under numerous suspension bridges. One of the iconic suspension bridges we’ll be traversing today is the Hillary Suspension Bridge. On the way, we see some spectacular vistas of Mount Thamserku (6618m). We proceed through the towns of Benkar and Monjo before arriving at the checkpoint and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. Before arriving in Namche, we also pass through Jorsale, the penultimate settlement.

Additionally, our path ascends through the forests and bridges until we reach the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a two-hour challenging hike, we get our first glimpse of Mount Everest over the Lhotse and Nuptse ridge. We still have approximately an hour and a half to walk to Namche. Namche Bazaar is the starting point for Everest Base Camp Trekking and the primary trading centre in the Everest region. We spend the night in Namche at a guesthouse.

Day 04:Namche: Acclimatization and Rest Day

Day of Rest and Acclimatization Instead of sitting inactive, we should be active and moving on our rest days, according to health experts. So we either spend the day hiking to Thame, visiting Khunde, or relaxing and touring Namche Bazaar. Becasue Namche Bazaar is the central hub of the Khumbu Region, with several government offices, Internet cafes, ATMs, restaurants, shops, and other services. You may see various items related to the First Everest Climbers and Sherpa Culture.

Day 05:Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m)

The flat and easy trail leads to a vista of Mt. Everest, falls deep into the Dudh Kosi Valley at Pungki Thanka, and finally ascends the Dudh Kosi Valley’s right flank Tengboche Monastery (3860m). It is the Khumbu’s spiritual heart; the strenuous hike is more than compensated for by vistas of Mt. Amadablam and, on a clear day, views of Mt. Everest and its surrounding peaks. Overnight stay at a guesthouse, including full board meals.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4360m)

From Tengboche, we take a tiny train that passes through a monastery. We will then continue our Everest Base Camp Trek through the lush alpine forests till we reach the massive settlement of Upper Pangboche, where we will be awestruck by the spectacular vistas. We pass via the villages of Shomare and Orsho on the route. Continuing via Tsuro Wog, we hike up through the Khumbila Khola Valley to the ridge top, where we can see the rising mountains of Taboche, Mount Thamserku, Mount Ama Dablam, and Mount Nuptse, Mount Cholatse, and Mount Lhotse, among others. We can even see the lovely Imja Khola Valley to the east. We eventually arrive at Dingboche after continuing on the path. Tonight we’ll be staying at a local guesthouse in Dingboche.

Day 07:Dingboche To Lobuche (4940m): 8-9 Hours

After Breakfast, we will go uphill to the Lobuche, taking in the massive mountain scenery of the Everegion Region.

Day 08:Lobuche to Gorakshep (5150m) to Everest Base Camp (5364m) & back to Gorakshep

Today is the most critical day of our Everest Base Camp Trek. Our route to Gorakshep follows the side of the Khumbu Glacier. The path will take us past the pyramid signpost. Afterwards, a short walk will take us to Thangma Riju. Therefore from here, we can see a 360-degree panorama of snowcapped mountains. As we approach Gorakshep, we are greeted by the surrounding snow-capped mountains, including the world’s top. We will trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp after having food. Hence, after taking in the breathtaking views of Mount Everest and the surrounding mountains, we will return to Gorakshep and spend the night.

Today marks the culmination of our Everest Base Camp Trekking adventure. So we have an early start in the morning to take in the spectacular mountain vistas from Kalapatthar. Kalapatthar is one of the most beautiful overlooks on the Everest Base Camp Trek. The first light of the day is streaming on Mount Everest from Kalapatthar. Similarly, recognizable peaks such as Lingtren, Mount Khumbutse, and Mount Changtse tower to the east, even as Everest emerges between the west shoulder crest and Nuptse. We can photograph the mountains that surround us. We return to Gorakshep after spending some time in Kalapatthar. After Breakfast, we gradually descend to Lobuche.

Day 10:Lobuche To Tebgboche

In The Morning, After Breakfast, we will continue to trek down to the Tengboche, where we will sleep for the night.

Day 11:Tengboche To Namche Bazaar

Today from Tengboche, we’ll make our way down to the Namche bazaar.

Day 12:Namche Bazar To Lukla

Today’s walking trail has fallen considerably. While a result, we must move carefully and with control as our wobbly legs battle the uneven ground. The path becomes more flat and natural after passing the suspension bridges over the rushing Dudh Koshi River. By today, the mild breeze has begun to warm us up. After passing through gorgeous pine and rhododendron forests, finally, we arrive in Lukla, where we will spend the night.
