The flight to the world’s highest mountain will undoubtedly present you with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Although the journey is only 4 to 5 hours long. In addition to the fantastic flight experience, our Everest Base Camp Helicopter Flight Landing Tour allows you to spend 15 minutes at the base camp or Kala Patthar.

The Everest Base Camp tour by helicopter departs from Kathmandu and then travels east of Bhaktapur. The flight first takes you over the highlands of Nagarkot and then it continues towards Jiri. After passing over many hills and ethnic villages you will land Lukla for the first time. The flight then follows the refuelling stop via Namche Bazaar, Syangboche, Tengboche, Pheriche, and Gorak Shep. Depending on the landing area and also weather conditions, the landing destination will be Everest Base Camp or Kalapathar.

The return flight includes a breakfast stop at the Everest View Hotel in Syangboche. After breakfast, your flight will then continues as you fly above Namche Bazaar. The helicopter will again land in  Lukla for refuelling. Finally, after refuelling your another half-hour breathtaking helicopter ride journey will begin towards Kathmandu. Your car will be at the airport. Our driver will pick you up and then drop you back at the hotel.
